As a recruiting partner of Rauscher & Stoecklin AG, we're looking for you as Cost Controller (a), fulltime, for the location in Krzeczów, Krakow.📍
In your role, you'll review the manufacturing costs of all products and analyze them in detail from procurement to distribution. You'll develop, implement and manage a new cost accounting system for two production sites (Sissach, Basel & Krzeczów, Krakow).

The salary range for this position is PLN 150,000 – 240,000 gross per year, depending on experience.

What You Will Be Doing
- You review the manufacturing costs of all products and analyze them in detail from procurement to distribution
- Based on your analyses, you develop a new cost accounting system and are responsible for its maintenance and evaluation at two production sites
- You actively participate in the implementation of a new ERP system and take on additional projects within your area of responsibility
What You Bring To The Job
- You have a business degree
- You bring experience in production/cost controlling
- Experience in cost calculations (preliminary and final costing)
- You have experience in the implementation and further development of a cost accounting system
- You preferably possess solid knowledge in accounting, in an industrial environment
- You are accustomed to contributing proactively and skillfully
- You are characterized by an independent, analytical and systematic working style as well as strong assertiveness
- Willingness to travel for regular and extended stays in Switzerland (Sissach, Basel)
Nice-to-Haves
- You have completed further training in finance and accounting
