In your position, operational leadership meets strategic coordination as you steer project planning, resource scheduling, and operational efficiency across critical IT environments. Supporting over 200 customers worldwide alongside a subsidiary of Lufthansa Technik, this role plays a pivotal part in maintaining robust infrastructure and service delivery.

What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure achievement of the team’s operational goals and objectives
• Perform project planning, resource scheduling and team capacity planning
• Continuously improve operational efficiency
• Maintaining compliance with regulations
• Maintain relationships with internal and external technology providers
• Ensure the adherence to department and company policies and procedures
• Act as the primary point of contact for IT and services related matters

What You Bring To The Job

• 5+ years IT experience (hands on preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Proactive, reliable and solution oriented
• Good conflict handling and feedback skills
• Solid decision making, analytical thinking and problem solving
• Strong Leadership, delegation and coaching skills
• Works highly proactive, independently and well under pressure
• Strong knowledge in Linux, Windows, IT Workplace, Networking, and Identity
• Experience with IT infrastructure (Virtualization, Containers, Server, Storage)

Nice-to-Haves

• CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab)
