If a customer has published at least 2 job advertisements via Lionstep and Lionstep has not found any candidates within 4 months of the publication of a job advertisement who, according to their own statements, meet all the killer criteria, Lionstep will reimburse the customer for all but four credits incurred for the job advertisement in question up to that point, which will be charged in any case.
