Lionstep opens first recruiting marketplace
In the last few weeks, we have been working behind the scenes on something new. We are opening our platform to third-party providers and expanding Lionstep into a recruiting marketplace. Lionstep customers can now also address the talents of specialized recruiting companies. As the first partner for this new offering, tech expert Rockstar Recruiting, a leading recruiter for IT profiles in Switzerland and Germany, is integrated.
Rockstar has an exceptionally good relationship with several thousand developers in Switzerland and Germany and has contacts to Tech Talents who are nowhere else to be found. The team around Justus Spengler and Klaus Fuchs regularly organizes their own hackathons such as Hack4Climate or cooperates with other hackathons such as MakeZurich or Hack`n`Lead.
This partnership not only enables the search for excellent employees, who are normally difficult to find on the job market, but also access to well-tested, well-maintained talent pools and additional premium services.
The marketplace will go live next Monday, September 10th.
Premium candidates expand the talent pool
You can now find premium candidates on our platform that come from our recruiting partners and are specially marked golden. They are displayed in the search like all other talents. As before, you can have your interest reviewed – and, as always, credits will only be deducted if you are interested in the talent.
Premium candidates offer additional information
Premium candidates are interviewed in advance by the recruiters. In the profile of the premium candidate, you will find a personal assessment of the recruiter as well as the salary expectations of the talent. Especially because premium talents are personally known to us, the probability of an interview and a job in the near future increases significantly for you. As usual with a recruitment agency, we accompany the recruiter through the recruitment process.
And what does a Premium Talent cost?
Lionstep’s model remains performance-oriented. As before, you only pay for premium talent if it is interested in your job. This costs you 3 credits for premium candidates. If you then hire the candidate, you pay 18% of the annual salary for the placement of the premium talent. We will reimburse you the 3 credits for one job.
