Ziel des Programms war es, die F\u00fchrungskompetenzen der einzelnen Teamleiter zu st\u00e4rken und sie so zu bef\u00e4higen, ihre Teams noch erfolgreicher und bewusster in die Zukunft f\u00fchren zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Programm umfasste insgesamt 12 Einheiten, die sich unter anderem mit folgenden Themenbereichen besch\u00e4ftigten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Becoming a Manager:<\/strong>&nbsp;Die Rolle und Aufgaben von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hybrid Work:<\/strong>&nbsp;Erfolgreiche F\u00fchrung von hybriden, internationalen Teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Business Acumen:<\/strong>&nbsp;Gesch\u00e4ftssinn und unternehmerisches Denken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Communication:<\/strong>&nbsp;Effektive Kommunikation (inkl. Feedback-geben und -nehmen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conflict Management:&nbsp;<\/strong>Verstehen und l\u00f6sen von Konfliktsituationen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Group Dynamics:<\/strong>&nbsp;Gruppendynamik und Teambildung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trust &amp; Motivation:<\/strong>&nbsp;Vertrauen und Motivation im Team f\u00f6rdern<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coaching:<\/strong>&nbsp;Coaching-Techniken f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte um das h\u00f6chstm\u00f6gliche Potenzial des Teams sch\u00f6pfen zu k\u00f6nnen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben den theoretischen Inputs hatten die Teilnehmenden auch die M\u00f6glichkeit, das Gelernte in praxisnahen, interaktiven \u00dcbungen und Rollenspielen anzuwenden und so das erlernte Wissen noch besser zu verfestigen und vertiefen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit<\/strong><strong><\/strong><br>Das Programm wurde intern von unserer Director Training &amp; Development, Ioana Ficut und von unserem Head of People &amp; Culture, David Boll ins Leben gerufen und konzipiert. Zus\u00e4tzliche Unterst\u00fctzung wurde dabei von Peter Fankhauser, Kristina Kiener und Mich\u00e8le Fichtner von der Manres AG, ein Unternehmen welches sich auf F\u00fchrungs- und Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsentwicklung konzentriert, eingeholt.
